A great tasteing treat for Spring. This recipe is one you could include if you are following a Paleo diet.
Ingredients
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 (1.5 ounce) bag of dehydrated strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 12 ripe strawberries
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, or food processor, and blend till smooth.
Chill for 1 hour.
