Not everything that I taste is good. Sometimes it’s just ok. Sometimes it’s horrible. But sometimes, usually when I’m least expecting something wonderful to come my way – I get a package that seems to land in my lap from heaven.

Moon Rabbit Foods was most definitely, absolutely, 100% a little piece of heaven from the moon goddess herself! Creator Mark Hetzel was a pastry chef for more than 25 years. From his love of baking and excellent knowledge, he was able to create a seemingly exact copy of the structure and textures of “normal” baked goodies just by using cassava flour!

Thanks to Mark’s ingenious works you can now make at home scrumptious baked goods in no-time!

One of my absolute favorite mixes of theirs is the Yellow Cake Mix. When I made a cake with it, the first bite reminded me of my children’s birthday parties, filled with the sound of sweet laughter and excitement and of course yellow cake. Yellow cake is traditional and steadfast and in my opinion – a cake that binds the whole party together. The mix comes out so moist and delicious; it simply fills you with the right amount of sweetness.

Another incredible mix of theirs is the fabulous Focaccia and Pizza Mix! The golden-brown bread from the pizza crust is the right amount of crunchy and soft. I love experimenting with my pizza toppings, but I know that with Moon Rabbit I don’t have to worry about the heart of the pizza – the crust. All that is left for me to do is decorate my pizza and eat it. So I can have my cakeand pizza and eat it all too!
